What's included in setup?
All plans include platform configuration, location data import, and brand asset setup.
Can franchisees have their own logins?
Yes — each location gets a franchisee-facing login with permissions set by the brand. Franchisees can view local reporting and run brand-approved campaigns within defined boundaries.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Platform plans are month-to-month. Enterprise terms are negotiated per contract.
Do you offer trials?
Sova is currently in early access. Join the waitlist to be among the first brands on the platform, with founder-level pricing locked in.
How are locations counted?
A location is any distinct operating unit — physical store, service territory, or licensed outlet. Temporary or seasonal locations count only if active for more than 90 consecutive days.
Can pricing scale mid-year if we open new locations?
Yes. Your plan upgrades at the next billing cycle when your network grows past a threshold. You will not be charged retroactively.
